There are two codes: Material available only by special arrangenment is marked by a red/square circle ◘ in the price box.  Some material is available at www.lulu.com and is matked with a purple circle square ◘.

In some cases, only one copy remains.  Other booklets have enough copies to serve for everal years.  The prices shown are appoxiately half of the former retail prices.
